AECOM, (ACM, NYSE) was looking to recruit highly technical rapid-fill critical positions. The company had a short window of time to find, vet and hire. They needed a national audience quickly.
After quick and extensive discovery, we isolated the few critical traits, skills and demographics of the intended audience. We created micro-targeting strategies designed to save time and money using social media. Using Twitter and Facebook as outreach tools as well as local advertising, we developed creative tactics that resonated with the intended audience, trained in-house recruiters on best practices using LinkedIn and deployed those tactics quickly.
