Henry Schein Business Process Solutions delivers critical business services to dentists in the US that allows them to market and manage and their offices efficiently and profitably.  The challenge is to help Henry Schein Business Process Solutions raise awareness within the dental community as well ensure the Henry Schein sales team is well informed about the services in order to sell to dentists.

Working with Henry Schein Business Process Solutions leadership, we conducted a marketing communications audit which helped us identify critical pathways to drive communications to both dentists and the sales team. Simplified messaging with more frequency, and owning the marketing channel(s).

Results

Simplified communications with revamped website, collateral, and sales presentations. We are currently working with Henry Schein Business Process Solutions to make the communications channels more efficient within the organization to help the sales team sell quicker, at the same time, creating client facing communications and communities to help build the business.
