Client Brief

Hurley Medical Center is a 443 bed public, non-profit, teaching medical center located in Flint, Michigan. Hurley needed an innovative marketing communications partner to revitalize its brand and reputation in the region among patients and physicians by delivering integrated hospital marketing strategies that make business sense.

Ideas

We served as Hurley Medical Center’s in-house marketing and public relations department. We integrated and streamlined marketing communications including integration of off and online marketing and advertising campaigns, reputation and crisis management, internal communications strategies and physician relations / communications. We delivered strategic and tactical support for the public relations department and managed the development of a brand new web portal and various micro-sites that have achieved national and regional acclaim.

Results

We fast-tracked digital and social media engagement strategies, drove down the cost of media and grew the hospital’s relevant media footprint. Our campaigns helped attract more physicians and patients for selected service lines.
